No Refunds on Custom Orders

All sales are final. Once an order is placed and payment is received, we do not offer refunds. This includes but is not limited to custom screen printing and embroidery orders.

 

Quality Assurance

We take pride in delivering high-quality products and services. Prior to production, we carefully review all provided design proofs and specifications with our customers. It is the responsibility of the customer to thoroughly review and approve all details before confirming an order. Once an order is confirmed, changes may not be possible, and any errors or misprints that occur based on the approved specifications are not eligible for refunds.

Customer-Provided Garments

For orders where customers provide their own garments for printing or embroidery, Studio208 Print Shop is not held liable for any misprints or damages that may occur during the decoration process. We strongly recommend that customers inspect their garments thoroughly before submitting them to us for customization. Any issues arising from the quality or condition of customer-provided garments are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Cancellations and Modifications

Due to the custom nature of our services, cancellations or modifications to orders are not possible once production has begun. It is essential to review and confirm all order details before finalizing your purchase.

Return Shipping

If the customer is eligible for a return, they are responsible for returning the items back to our shop location at 1067 Market St, Ste 1007, San Francisco, CA 94103.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
